Prevailing Wage Rates

North Carolina does not have prevailing wage rates at the state level. You need to contact the United States Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division office in either Charlotte (704) 749-3360 or Raleigh (919) 790-2741.

You may also want to contact the North Carolina Department of Commerce Labor and Economic Analysis Division for detailed information regarding unemployment rates in North Carolina.

For more information about workplace rights, please contact our toll free number at 1-800-NC-LABOR (800-625-2267).
