On February 13, 2026, OSHA corrected information found in Hazard Communication rule (1910.1200) document 2026 –00147, appearing on https://www.labor.nc.gov/documents/files/cfr-101f-hazard-communication-standard-correctionspages 562 through 598 in the January 8, 2026, Federal Register. The specific correction made a change to the Federal Register on page 572, below Table B.5.1.

In accordance with 13 NCAC 7F .0101, the N.C. Commissioner of Labor adopted this correction verbatim with an effective date of June 1, 2026. Refer to the February 13, correction verbatim with an effective date of June 1, 2026. Refer to the February 13, 2026, Federal Register (Vol. 91, No. 30) for the details related to these requirements.
