CFR 134B - Asbestos

On September 29, 1995, after previously issuing corrections on June 29, 1995, and July 13, 1995 (See CFR Rev. 134A), Federal OSHA issued additional corrections to the final rule for Occupational Exposure to Asbestos. These corrections amend the standards originally promulgated on August 10, 1994, for construction and maritime (Federal Register). The amendments are located in 1915.100 1 (g)(7), (g)(8), (g)(12), (h)(2) and (o)(4), and in 1926. 110 1 (g)(7), (g)(8), (g)(11), (h)(2), and (o)(4).

These corrections at 29 CFR 1915 and 29 CFR 1926 were adopted verbatim in North Carolina by the Commissioner of Labor with an effective date of January 1, 1996.
