CFR 134A - Asbestos

On June 29, 1995, and July 13, 1995, Federal OSHA issued corrections to the final rule for Occupational Exposure to Asbestos (Federal Register). These corrections amend the standards originally promulgated on August 10, 1994, for general industry, construction, and maritime.

These corrections at 29 CFR 1910, 29 CFR 1915 and 29 CFR 1926 were adopted verbatim in North Carolina by the Commissioner of Labor with an effective date of September 6, 1995.
