CPL 02-02-071 - Technical Enforcement and Assistance Guidelines for Hazardous Waste Site and RCRA Corrective Action Clean-up Operations

This federal instruction clarifies the requirements and provides technical enforcement guidelines for clean-up operations conducted at facilities under the scope of paragraphs
(a)(1)(i) through (a)(1)(iii) of the Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) standard, 29 CFR 1910.120 and 29 CFR 1926.65.
