E-Verify Orders

N.C. Gen. Stat. § 64-34 requires the commissioner to maintain a database of the employers and business locations that have violated N.C. Gen. Stat. § 64-26 and to make the orders available for the public. Orders issued by NCDOL will be available for viewing here.
