On July 1, 2014, OSHA issued a final rule to correct typographical errors in its 29 CFR 1910.67 - Vehicle- Mounted Elevating and Rotating Work Platforms and 29 CFR 1910.266 - Logging Operations Standards (Federal Register). The N.C. Commissioner of Labor adopted this final rule with an effective date of October 8, 2014.
