CFR 088B - Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response

On April 13, 1990, at 55 FR 14073, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published corrections to preamble to the final rule for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response and to the regulatory text of the final standard, 29 CFR 1910.120, with an immediate effective date (April 13, 1990). On June 27, 1990, the North Carolina Department of Labor, Division of Occupational Safety and Health adopted these corrections with an effective date in North Carolina of September 3, 1990.
