Marine Terminal - Which Standards Apply

The printable document will provide the user a resource to identify the standards that are applicable to their worksite. It is to be used with the Which OSHA Standards Apply and OSHA Standards With Special Requirements webpages. 

These webpages should be used in conjunction with Programs, Plans and Procedures Required by 29 CFR Part 1910 - General Industry Standards, General Industry Training Requirements, and General Industry Inspection Requirements since many of the standards refer back to 29 CFR Part 1910 - General Industry.
