This HAZWOPER plan is based on the 1910.120 standard that provides requirements for three separate operations, unless the employer can demonstrate that the operation does not involve employee exposure or the reasonable possibility for employee exposure to safety or health hazards: clean-up operations by an employer; treatment, storage and disposal, and emergency response.  This document provides three separate plans based on the employer's operations and should be modified to meet the needs of the organization. In addition, an example HAZWOPER program for Construction is also available.
