Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan (Construction)

This document contains a customizable example program for construction workplaces with employee exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Note: In North Carolina, 1910.1030 is also applicable to the Construction industry under 13 NCAC 07F .0207 TOXIC AND HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES.
