29 CFR 1904 - Recordkeeping Standards With Special Requirements

It is designed to assist employers in general industry, construction and agriculture in complying with standards that have special requirements such as written programs, inspections, competent persons, training and recordkeeping requirements that are applicable to general industry, construction and agriculture.
