CPL 03-00-008 - Combustible Dust Explosion Prevention Program
This directive, effective July 7, 2023 in North Carolina, replaces the previous directive, OSHA Instruction CPL 03-00-008, issued on March 11, 2008. The purpose of the revised National Emphasis Program (NEP) is to continue to inspect facilities that generate or handle combustible dusts that are likely to cause fire, flash fire, deflagration, and/or explosion hazards.
