CFR 179 - Correction and Technical Amendments (1910, 1915, 1926)

On December 27, 2011, OSHA issued this notice of corrections and technical amendments (Federal Register). This rule corrects typographical errors in, and makes non-substantive technical amendments to, 16 OSHA standards in 29 CFR 1910 - General Industry, 29 CFR 1926 - Construction and 29 CFR 1915 - Shipyard Employment. The technical amendments include updating or revising cross-references and updating OSHA recordkeeping log numbers. The N.C. Commissioner of Labor adopted this final rule verbatim with an effective date of June 11, 2012.
