CFR 188 - Walking-Working Surfaces, Personal Protective Equipment, and Special Industries; Corrections

On December 17, 2019, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published a final rule that makes corrections to six general industry standards. This final rule (Federal Register) makes minor corrections in six general industry standards (29 CFR 1910.23, 29 CFR 1910.25, 29 CFR 1910.27, 29 CFR 1910.29, 29 CFR 1910.140, and 29 CFR 1910.269 - final rule).

The N.C. Commissioner of Labor adopted this rule with an effective date of April 10, 2020.
