CFR 160A - Flammable Liquids
When OSHA revised Parts 1900 to § 1910.999 as of July 1, 2015, paragraph (a)(14) in § 1910.106 was inadvertently omitted. A correction published on March 1, 2016 reinserts that paragraph which contains the definition of flashpoint into the regulatory text of the standard (Federal Register). In accordance with 13 NCAC 7F .0101, the N.C. Commissioner of Labor has adopted verbatim the correction to the federal Flammable Liquids Standard with an effective date of April 22, 2016.
