CFR 125 - Air Contaminants

On July 27, 1993, Federal OSHA promulgated a correction to Subpart Z, Toxic and Hazardous Substances, of the General Industry standards (Federal Register). This correction is to Table Z-3 Mineral Dust at 29 CFR 1910.1000 - Air Contaminants.

This correction to 29 CFR 1910, Subpart Z was adopted verbatim in North Carolina by the Commissioner of Labor with an effective date of December 31, 1993.
