On March 19, 1993, Federal OSHA promulgated a correction to Subpart H, Hazardous Materials, of the General Industry standards. This correction is to 29 CFR 1910.110 - Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (Federal Register). On March 29, 1993, Federal OSHA promulgated a correction to Subpart H, Hazardous Materials, of the General Industry standards. This correction is to 29 CFR 1910.109 - Explosives and Blasting Agents (Federal Register). The corrections to 29 CFR 1910, Subpart H were adopted verbatim in North Carolina by the Commissioner of Labor with an effective date of December 31, 1993.
