The Workplace Impact Network (WIN) certificate recognizes employers who go above and beyond for their employees, especially during times of crisis or hardship.  WIN is a network of businesses that is recognized by NCDOL for creating a positive work environment for their employees as well as contributions to their community.

WIN is a newly formed network of businesses recognized by the N.C. Department of Labor for creating a positive work environment for employees while also contributing to the community.
