Sara Grace Todd

Sara Grace Todd serves as the Deputy Director of Communications for the North Carolina Department of Labor, where she supports strategic communications, media relations, and public outreach efforts on behalf of the agency.

Prior to joining state government, Sara Grace worked in public affairs and editorial communications at The Heritage Foundation⁠ and spent several years in broadcast journalism as a news producer and executive producer at WSET-TV⁠ in Lynchburg, Virginia and WBTV in Charlotte, North Carolina.

A Charlotte native, Sara Grace graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media: Performance and has dedicated her career to strategic communications and media relations. Her writing and commentary have been published in The Washington Times and The Hill.

Outside of work, Sara Grace is passionate about adoption advocacy and raising awareness of Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD).
