STD 03-11-002 - Compliance Guidance for Fall Protection in Residential Construction

This directive provides guidance on fall protection for certain residential construction activities. It cancels and replaces OPN 109 regarding fall protection in residential construction. The cover sheet was revised to clarify in section B. (Scope) that 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) - Duty to have fall protection applies to all fall protection issues over six (6) feet in residential construction.
