CFR 169 - Hydrogen

On June 8, 2004, OSHA issued this final rule to correct errors in four standards (Federal Register). This correction removes a reference (Item 14) to Table H-2. Item 14 was deleted from the table in a prior amendment, but the reference to it was not deleted from 29 CFR 1910.103 - Hydrogen, paragraph (b)(2)(ii)(c). The N.C. Commissioner of Labor adopted the revised federal standards verbatim with an effective date of September 17, 2004.
