CFR 169 - Hydrogen

On June 8, 2004, OSHA issued this final rule to correct errors in four standards (Federal Register). This correction removes a reference (Item 14) in the paragraph above Table H-2. Item 14 was deleted from the table in a prior amendment, but the reference to it was not deleted from paragraph (b)(2)(ii)(c).

The N.C. Commissioner of Labor adopted the revised federal standards verbatim with an effective date of September 17, 2004.
