CFR 192 - CFR Correction: Occupational Safety and Health Standards

On June 1, 2022, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) published a final rule (Federal Register) to correct an editorial or technical error that appeared in the most recent annual revision of the Code of Federal Regulations. The correction was made to the equation in section II of appendix A of the OSHA standard on occupational noise exposure in general industry, 29 CFR 1910.95. The N.C. Commissioner of Labor adopted this rule with an effective date of September 1, 2022.
