CFR 123A - Storing and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases, 29 CFR 1910.110
On June 18, 1998, federal OSHA promulgated a final rule that corrected or eliminated provisions from various standards (63 FR 33449-33469). One of the changes concerns storing and handling liquefied petroleum gases (Ref: 29 CFR 1910.110). Paragraphs (b)(15)(vi)-(viii) are deleted because these provisions fall under the jurisdiction of DOT regulations. In addition, paragraph (b)(15)(ix) is renumbered to new paragraph (b)(15)(vi). The June 18, 1998, corrections and revisions were adopted verbatim with an effective date of October 8, 1998.
