CFR 096B - Mechanical Power Presses

On June 8, 2004, federal OSHA issued this final rule (Federal Register) to correct errors in four standards. This amendment is a correction of typographical errors in the Mechanical Power Presses Standard (29 CFR 1910.217). The introductory text of paragraph (c)(5) is amended to by adding a comma after the word “device” and removing the word “of” before the word “type.” The N.C. Commissioner of Labor adopted the revised federal standards verbatim with an effective date of September 17, 2004.
