Please note: Subpart A covers the purpose of the rule which "is to require employers to record and report work-related fatalities, injuries, and illnesses", subpart F provides requirements related to the transition from the OSHA 200 logs to the OSHA 300 logs, and subpart G provides definitions related to establishments, a physician and other licensed health care professional, and an injury or illness.
