FOM Chapter 12 - Construction

This chapter provides guidance for the conduct of construction inspections. The term "construction work" means work for construction, alteration, and/or repair, including painting and decorating. This chapter includes standards that are applicable to construction (1926 and some standards in 1910), employer worksite, advance notice, entry, special health concerns, closing conference, along with citations and penalties.
