CPL 02-02-069 - Enforcement Procedures for the Bloodborne Pathogens Standard

This instruction establishes policies and provides clarification to ensure uniform inspection procedures are followed when conducting inspections to enforce the Occupational Exposure for Bloodborne Pathogens Standard.
