CFR 132B - Electric Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution

On April 11, 2014, OSHA issued a revised standard for General Industry, Electric Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution, 29 CFR 1910.269 & 29 CFR 1926 Subpart V. On September 24, 2014, OSHA issued technical amendments to correct errors in the preamble and the regulatory text of the final rule (Federal Register).

The N.C. commissioner of labor adopted these amendments verbatim. The effective for 29 CFR 1910.269 was October 8, 2014. The effective date for 29 CFR 1926 Subpart V was November 20, 2014.
