CFR 124 - Ethylene Oxide (Construction)

On July 28, 1993, Federal OSHA promulgated a correction to the incorporation of General Industry Safety and Health Standards Applicable to Construction Work at Appendix D to 29 CFR 1926.1147 (Federal Register).

This correction to Appendix D to 29 CFR 1926.1147 was adopted verbatim in North Carolina by the Commissioner of Labor with an effective date of December 31, 1993.
