This document contains a customizable example program for workplaces with employee exposure to 1-Bromopropane.

This example program is intended as a guide for complying with the requirements of NCGS 95-251 and 252 for employers with workers compensation experience rate modifiers of 1.5 or higher. The program can be customized to fit an individual workplace.

The attached document reflects the changes made to 29 CFR 1910 Subpart D (Walking-Working Surfaces) on November 18, 2016 and adopted by North Carolina with an effective date of May 1, 2017.

The standards in this subpart are aligned side-by-side to facilitate comparison of the new requirements with the former requirements.
