CFR 105A - Welding, Cutting and Brazing; Technical Amendment

PDF • 129.48 KB - December 22, 2022

On 20 June 1990, Federal OSHA promulgated technical amendments to the General Industry Standards at 55 FR 25093 that the 11 April 1990 "Redesignation and Other Non-Substantive Revisions" made to the Welding, Cutting and Brazing standards at 55 FR 13694. Three references to the general industry welding, cutting and brazing standards (29 CFR 1910.252 - Welding, Cutting and Brazing, General requirements and 29 CFR 1910.253 - Oxygen-fuel gas welding and cutting), which are found in the general industry standards, were not corrected in the 11 April 1990 final rule. This action serves to amend those references so they refer to the proper provisions of the revised OSHA general industry welding, cutting and brazing standards.
